Surprised at 204.0 in the morning and then again at 204.4 after about 800 calories between breakfast and lunch. But body fat and muscle mass looking good; in fact, got new lows in body fat percentage and pounds. Got home late so did dinner first and then treadmill. Ate 2115 calories. Right on track for a treadmill workout day. Did treadmill at level plane tonight as I was full and tired. Interesting that the calories on the Fitbit jumped up but I could feel that I was not as worked out as when I set it on an incline. Let's see what the scale says in the morning.

Keep kicking. You'll have to get really consistent to get to 10%. I'm shooting for 8% this time and setting my upper end as 12%. 10% was brutal enough. I think this time I'll have a better shot as my primary goal in the cut is to make sure I get enough carbs to keep the energy, and fats to keep the hormones up.

wow! fanatastic body fat% and water%. It must be all the treadmill work, and no matter what the feedback is, treadmill and running on incline burn the fat like nothing else!
