Shocked at this. I’ve been slacking off all week and expected a gain, and not a small one either.
I blame my wonky scale … but I’ll take it.😁
103.7 kg Lost so far: 14.3 kg.    Still to go: 23.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

BMI, regardless of method to calculate it, is now <35. So I have “graduated” into the merely “obese” category (rather than “morbidly obese,” as it had been.) *Now that I have begun to address my weight problem, I am embarrassed, and quite frankly disgusted, that I ever let it get that far in the first place.
