I'm pretty pissed off tonight. Ate 755 calories today in the form of two yogurts with chia, flax, etc., and two glasses of water with protein powder in them and I just weighed in at 204.6 after weighing 203.8 this morning. It's not constipation -- took care of that today. Maddening!

Will do weight lifting tonight, followed by a 16:8 fast, and then treadmill tomorrow at noon. I was hoping for 200-201 then, but this damned 204.6 before I even eat dinner does not bode well. May have to drop the 2160 per day plan beginning next week instead of giving it half a month.

Muscles can hold fluids as they heal from exercise - you never know what it may be. I went on my "Idiot Box" this morning and got 4 different weights that had a 5 pound differential! It has new batteries and is digital but dependent upon how I stand on it, where it is on the floor, etc., I can get different readings! I just don't focus on it anymore. I look for body composition and the tape measure!

You're doing 18:6. Awesome. I am doing 3 feed days followed by a fast. Things feel good.. gotta wait to see if these pay off! Keep up the great work!!

This is not a day.to.day game... It is long term stratigy planning... You should know that by now... Kick ass day to day. Pick up rewards in a month.

Can understand that disappointment. Seemed to me it got tougher as I got closer to goal weight. You are doing everything right, so it will happen.

Okay, since no one else said it... Weighing yourself multiple times a day is just wrong! LOL Give yourself a break already! Don't go near that darn thing more than twice a week... I'm not kidding. Nice surprises are much better than, "Hey, I shouldn't have eaten anything before dinner." ;-)
