Draglist's Journal, 04 Jun 14

A super light eating day at work because I got busy at and didn't get my afternoon snack of yogurt with chia, flax, and fiber. So came home with only 515 calories in me and weighed 203.8 after weighing 202.4 this morning! Sort of the same deal as yesterday. Ate another massive dinner. Nothing ready to go, so I foraged around the kitchen and found a bunch of stuff to nearly hit my macros. Made another quart sized smoothie/soft serve ice cream, two large salads, a wrap with ham and Colby cheese, crackers with honey nut cream cheese, and even a low cal candy bar. Doesn't seem fair, but I ended up at one calorie under my daily goal again!

Will do weight lifting tonight. Have burned 2000 calories so far and will probably end up burning about 2400-2500 today. I guess I can hope to weigh 202 something in the morning again... is this my future pattern? By the way, my Tanita numbers tonight are nearly identical to those I recorded after my treadmill workout last night (in every category). Fascinating.

Whoa Bill, I thought I was eating a lot. But the great thing is you are super active and burning it off. I looked at some ice cream but grabbed some plain yogurt instead. Was not quite the same. But oh well.

Man if I ate that much I'd be a blimp! But more muscle mass means more calories burned in less time.

Ok, that sounds like a healthy alternative. I remember you mentioning something about bananas and cocoa powder that sounded good. I have to remember to add that to the grocery list.

Are you not counting rest and daily activities in your calorie burn? I am assuming the burn calories are strictly from your work outs. Your numbers are amazing...I can only hope.

Chica... if you eat plain greek yogurt, consider adding 2 tsps. of sugar free fat free pudding in it along with a tablespoon of chia seed. I like cheesecake. Or you can add 1-2 tsps of sugar free jello. Pretty good and it's only 80 calories and good protein.

Bill that sounds yummy, I just pasted the recipe into my docs. It sounds healthy and delicious, thanks for posting.

Thanks CR, it seems like I always forget about chia seeds. I've put them in oatmeal but never my yogurt and I never thought of the pudding combo. I have to find away to beat my sugar binges. And yes, plain greek yogurt is my favorite.
