Draglist's Journal, 17 May 14

Finished the day with 10 calories to spare. My fat percentage (which I think registered a bit high anyway) indicated I could metabolize 980 calories of body fat into energy today. So I left a 990 calorie deficit between calorie burn and calories eaten. Had ice cream for snack again (berries, cocoa, almond milk, kale, and protein powder -- yum!) plus other great food. I love the days I work out -- gives me plenty of calories to enjoy!

Cool...I love that you try to break it down and stay on track. I am the same way when watching all my macros and calories, etc.
