Brunch today:
Open-face bacon and egg, on whole wheat, with butter, miracle whip, mustard, and salsa; and an apple.
I haven’t had bacon for a couple of months - afraid of the sodium and cholesterol, but both were (just) within limits. (I plan my entire day’s meals before brekky.) It was a treat!

Sounds amazing! I’ll do that too, where I plan the whole day just so I can sneak in one “treat” food- learning to appreciate the small treats (rather than constant ones I was giving myself!) is part of what I’m hoping will carry on throughout this journey!
