Brunch today: Open-face bacon and egg, on whole wheat, with butter, miracle whip, mustard, and salsa; and an apple. I haven’t had bacon for a couple of months - afraid of the sodium and cholesterol, but both were (just) within limits. (I plan my entire day’s meals before brekky.) It was a treat!
