May I - 114.0 kg - 251.3 lb - 38.2 BMI
June 1 (today) - 111.8 kg - 246.4 lb - 37.5 BMI
It’s so frustrating not to have any progress for the last two weeks (still trying though;) but when I see it like this it’s a bit more encouraging. Just have to keep going.
111.8 kg Lost so far: 6.2 kg.    Still to go: 31.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You've lost 7kg from March. You need to celebrate yourself. The scale will move. Just keep at it, be positive and don't give up. @49thstreetbaker is right... it's a lifestyle change... Enjoy the journey and dont let the scale frustrate you😃 Coming from one who was 90kg and is now 65kg. ...
