I finally felt able to go for a walk again today. I had a very bad fall early in the month and it took me a while to heal and for my bruising to fade. (No point in scaring the kids in the neighbourhood, after all! I really was a sight for a while there.) It does feel great to get moving again! Now just to re-establish the habit of regular and frequent walking.
