Sooo after having breakfest most days this week I got on the scale this morning and was up .8 of a pound so not to shabby. I have a good handle on my portion sizes so I am going to continue this week and hopefully we see a few more pounds drop this week... 5 more to go to be the lowest I have been in over 15 years!
