Woo hoo. Back in the 200 zone for a waking weigh in. 208.8 and I'm not even at the end of my 16:8 fast and I have not had my usual Saturday end of fast workout. Any further reduction now is gravy!
94.2 kg Lost so far: 53.3 kg.    Still to go: 1.2 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
