So after having breakfest all week so far I decided to weigh myself... and I am up 2 lbs. I know its not alot but come on! I just seem to get stuck every other week with the losing until my body is like ok fine and lets me drop more weight.. Just a bad morning I suppose today but the scale and I aren’t friends today thats for sure!

if you dont eat breakfast then start, you can be adding 500 cals extra each day which becomes a pound a week. when I add breaky to my routine I make sure to take those cals away in other meals or snacks. its not easy for sure. you've got this!
