Waking weigh in of 211.8 is down .2 from last night but up .8 from yesterday morning. However, the body fat and muscle mass numbers are better. Will confirm at the evening weigh in. Adding spinach at lunch for an extra roughage boost.

Hey Bill, I see today you added a lot of seeds to your diet. Do you notice a significant difference when you don't eat them? I have chia seeds and flax seed husk that I may add to my morning drink and I used to take psyllium seeds with water years ago. I just forget to use them.
