Hit 212.0 on my waking weigh in. Net gain for the month as I gained 29 in water weight and lost 21 of it. Hit a low of 204 and will target 200 by June 1.
96.1 kg Lost so far: 51.3 kg.    Still to go: 3.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I hope when you move your daughter you will have learned enough (lol) to not blow things completely but it's so hard to do. One or two drinks and control goes out the window. However, you do know how to correct when you get home but I'm sure it gets old doing wash, rinse, repeat: I know it does for me. I just want to get there.
