I have noticed a change when going from 18:6 hours intermittent fasting to 16:8, my activity levels have been increasing also, so not sure if that's the cause?? But, whatever works for you!! Go for it. Everyone here seems to have a slightly different success strategy.

I’d say what works for one person doesn’t necessarily work for another. I’ve tried intermittent fasting and most of the time it backfires on me. so yes I think eating breakfast every day will prevent you from eating more later

Interested to hear how this impacts your results! It’s crazy how gaining weight is so simple and losing it is so complex… You would think just reducing calories would be the simple formula, but apparently there’s just so much more to it than that, including getting the right balance of calories- not too low, not too high. Hope it works for you!

So I had breakfest yesterday and today, eggs one day and just some fruit this morning. Thinking of checking my weight Thursday morning before work just to see. I know its a “process” but sometimes I just wanna kick my scale, I feel like I did well and it basically is like “nope, not today”. Ugh

bfast is the most important meal in that u will burn all those calories. eating at night makes the burning slower leading to heartburn n restlessness from ur body working overtime when it should be resting.

Its important to understand that your body will shut down from losing weight if it isnt expecting a meal in the near future. For fat loss, the best thing to do would be to eat 3 meals a day, healthy and the right amount of calories for your daily goal. Then, find 2-3 times between those meals for an all protein snack, such as lean lunch meat and similar things. Protein wont gain you any weight and tells your body that food is here when you need it. Then your metabolism will continue to burn fat all day long alongside the calories you ate with your meal.

Honestly changing up your diet from time to time is very important especially if you’re stuck on a plateau. I was stuck on a plateau when I had 3 meals a day but as soon as I started fasting, I saw results again. Your body is a readjusting mechanism :) do what helps you!
