242.6 I don’t understand why I am losing at this rate for the past few days. Am I missing something? I was trying for gradual, steady (in other words, sustainable) weight loss. So far I have been all over the map *except* gradual and steady. Should I just take it and smile? I’m afraid it will come back to bite me at some point.

Ok, I am convinced! I expected some no-loss and slow-loss days and some plateaus, but not this. According to the “internet experts” I won’t suffer actual health problems unless I am consistently below 1200 calories, and I am certainly not. So “take it and smile” it is! 😊

look up Volumemetrics, it is very helpful. I'm eating well, losing and not hungry.

Some people are not very “water stable”. You may retain or lose water easily. Do you oven get bloated/puffy after salty meals, changes in your cycle? Get swollen feet after hot days?
You can take a span of weigh ins and average the loss per week and see if it’s more than 2 lbs. generally speaking that’s the most you can lose and be healthy, but it’s different for everyone
