Waking weigh in at 227.2 after a 770 calorie deficit on Thursday. Thought I did a 980 calorie deficit, but forgot that I ate two bananas that were too ripe to wait! Will target 800 calories today.
102.0 kg Lost so far: 45.4 kg.    Still to go: 9.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks, CR! I can't take any credit. Had a bigger calorie day than usual yesterday. Just not going bonkers with goodies as I did over the last week! I will finish out the month with 900-1000 calorie daily deficits, which is super easy when I stay my a$$ at home and don't go out looking for trouble! ;). Have a great weekend!

This is much easier to do at home. The next trick is to try to find a way to do 'this' when away from home. Not preaching because I certainly can't even do it at home these days. But you have a busy full life and seem to travel a fair bit. Onwards and downwards buddy :)

Yes, I just need to stay away from my kids and siblings! But that's a cop out, as I had plenty of opportunities to moderate. I just didn't take them!

Its hard to stay on track when you are away from home or when there are special events/circumstances. It's so annoying how easily the weight goes up and how hard it comes off. You can do it.

Just a quick random suggestion on the bananas - freeze them! I peel and cut into quarters. They're perfect for smoothies on a blender if you drink that sort of thing. The banana adds a creaminess and starting with them frozen makes the smoothie really thick. I also occasionally defrost a chunk of banana and smoosh it into my oatmeal.

LOVE my new blender! It's a Ninja... my first thing was Almond Milk, frozen berries, chia and psyllium... blended for a minute and then went to pour it. NO GO! It was like frozen yogurt! What a bonus! Super healthy, low cal, and I get to eat a fantastic ice cream substitute!
