No thoughts on going back to the 'old way' of doing things, but keeping the weight lifting? I'm struggling with my mood but I know that the dip in mood has been caused by carbage and it's getting better as I clean up my act :)

Thanks BP. I'm glad you are back on the weight loss mode. We are lab experiments of 'one' and you have to find what works for you. Good luck on the continued weight loss journey. I'm doing okay, eating better sure helps. When will I learn. Appreciate the support :)
