Well, did the happy hour and after four delicious Belgian beers, the carb monster came out to play. Ate about 1200 calories over my target yesterday with no workout. Still, weighed in at 213.4 this morning, just up two lbs. Will eat light today to adjust for the indulgence yesterday and keep on trucking...
