finally down again, it's been rough with so many things going on. my family keeps choosing deceptively high calorie meals thinking they're healthy, plus with stress at work and living at home I just want to snack but I've been fighting that decently. not to mention logging calories for food that's feom somewhere else is hard. but I'm getting there :)
58.5 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 6.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.1 kg a Week

That’s an easy trap to fall into! I was feeling a little guilty about having a Whopper with cheese last week, so I decided to “be good” and make my favourite chicken casserole with lots of veggies, the next night to “make up for it.” Surprised to see that the calorie count was pretty similar! Although of course the veg was healthier.
