Waking weigh in at 215.8. Did an hour of weight lifting just before bed last night. Treadmill tonight and more weights at the end of my fasting period on Saturday. Will try to eat about 1900 calories today to get my average intake for the week under 2100.

Your weight graph is on a nice even path. Not gaining back is such a big part of it. Bet your new changes will see you at goal ASAP.

Cutting is tough. When you get where you want to go, you're going to love maintenance.

Woo hoo!!! That's the way to do it, Bill! You mention the loss of fat... I'm curious, so by that math, does it then show a gain of 4 lbs of muscle? If so, that's INCREDIBLE!!!! 4lb of muscle in a month is unheard of! FANTASTIC WORK!
