Down to 213.6 after a light eating day. Lots of protein. Tanita numbers still seem to show some fat loss and muscle gain. I'm down with that! Ended the day under 1400 calories. Still plan a nice big indulgence lunch tomorrow. Don't know what, but going to try to double my RDI to shock the system a bit. Have a great weekend! Here are the numbers:

Syntrax is some great stuff. It really helps me to raise my protein without eating a ton of calories. Have you tried the Lemon Tea? I drink it with meals as my beverage and it is good.

Hi Bill - quick question for you. I just got my Tanita this aft and will start using it tomorrow. How do you calculate what your caloric intake should be for the day - let's say I want a 1000 deficit to lose 2 pounds per week? Thanks for your assistance. I intend to join your geek squad if allowed LOL.

Gotcha - thanks Bill. I currently am using a cross between FS and my fitbit site to figure our the calories, so will probably stick with that. Cheers!
