Good morning :) It's funny how we think so different. You think you will up your meals to get the plateau moving, I would be more likely to cut back on meals. Different strokes. I know my weight is up because I've been eating too much - rather snacking too much. My fast yesterday helped but I would need to fast for a week to see a big difference :) I also want to go out for wings and beer on the week-end which will not help with weight loss. It makes it difficult. I should be good all week so I can indulge on the week-end but that's hard to remember on a Tuesday night when I get the munchies :)

Good luck Bill! But as TX said, if you are showing loss in fat % everyday and gain in muscle, something good is happening. You can't go by weight. Well, that is how I have looking at it. It made me feel better. LOL!

Hate plateaus - but time to face the facts: The closer to our goal the harder it is. Not fair is it?
