OK, 455 calorie workout after my daily fast and lost .6 pounds to get to 212.9. Son gets home from Japan in an hour... going to be a challenge to cool it while we are sharing holiday treats and meals. But on track this month so far!
96.6 kg Lost so far: 50.8 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Enjoy that your son is there. Enjoy the festivities, but remain in control within reason. You know what to do.
