Up to 213.5 for a morning weigh in after the Thursday holiday party and happy hour. Ate 1190 calories yesterday but no workout. Will do a morning workout in a few and then weigh in again. Might take a pound off.
96.6 kg Lost so far: 50.8 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
