Good morning :) Thanks for always supporting me on my journal, no matter how mental I may seem. Women, eh? Don't worry, I know you can't comment on that statement - being a married man you totally understand and have to take the fifth. So, now back to basics for you to gather up enough calories for Christmas festivities. You aren't doing bad at all :)

Funny how we are ruled by that damn scale isn't it? I didn't bother this morning, it might have been down a pound because I was 'good' yesterday but I have to learn that I am more than a number. My clothes slip on easily, I am comfortable in my skin, that means much more than a number. I couldn't believe your before and after pic yesterday on FS. I know I've seen you on FB but wow, to see it like that, what a freakin difference. You and your ?brother-in-law? (such a bad memory) look incredible. I can't imagine what Denise says. She can likely wrap her arms around you and then some :) My DH is (finally) coming to terms with his diabetes and changing his diet and is slowly losing. He loves to slip his arms around my waist, and his arms keep going. It's a great feeling to be this size and to feel him getting smaller too. Sorry, I talk too much :) have an awesome day and thanks for the support. It means so much, doesn't it, our buddies on here are awesome.

You, a numbers guy? I would never have guessed - lol I won't stop weighing myself, just give myself a break from the daily. Sometimes I get on - get a number, get off, wait, wait, wait, get on, get a different number. See, I'm crazy. Best to let the bloody thing sleep in the corner for a day or two :) And thanks for not telling me I talk too much :) You are a keeper for sure :)

Loved the pic of you and your brother-inlaw...You both have done well..so proud of your accomplishments...keep it up...I can take or leave the numbers on the scale..I can always tell if I have had too much salt in my diet...I also hate that word...the first 3 letters spells DIE...so I prefer to call it a life style change..works for me...:O)...Bren
