Howdy. Day after Thanksgiving and had a grapefruit for breakfast. But at Grandma's house, we do full lunches, so had left over turkey and fixings, plus a piece of pumpkin pie. Did I mention that the turkey was eaten on bread? (Usually don't do sandwiches anymore). Anyway, still under my calorie goal for the month but with one day to go, looks like I'll end up at about 1500-1550 per day or so. I can live with that. Will start again in December with a variation of KingKeld's Indulgence diet, but probably will have to add a 600 calorie fast day or two each week to stay on track with the anticipated additional holiday eating.
