Happy Thanksgiving, everyone! Enjoying a few big eating days after saving up a bunch of calories by going extra low cal for the last half of the month. Ate about 2000 on Tuesday, 2100 on Wednesday, and already up to 1600 before dinner on Thanksgiving Day. BUT... I had saved enough calories to budget 2600 per day for these days, so I'm ahead of the game. Will finish the month at or under 1500 per day on average.
