Lost a bit more and started the day at 210.1 after a nice weekend of two 1100 calorie days. Will eat 600-800 on Monday and Tuesday and then loosen up the rules somewhat for the rest of the month.
94.8 kg Lost so far: 52.6 kg.    Still to go: 1.9 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Losing 4.1 kg a Week


OMG - good for you. Great way to go into Thanksgiving. You can definitely relax a bit knowing that if you've seen this weight, you can see it again. You are amazing :)

Thanks, Isabel! This month was an experiment to confirm that my sweet spot was a deficit of 1200-1300 calories per day. That seems to have proven out. Now to do the same thing in December with both kids home for two weeks and the Christmas holiday! Of course, I have to get through thanksgiving first! Have a great week!

That's a helluva calorie deficit, per day. That's about what I consume!

Sorry for this late response. FS stopped working from my ipad after it initially allowed me in! Anyway, I'm using between 2400-2700 these days, depending on my workout schedule, so it seems that my bod wants half those calories in food every day. That has worked out since the begininng when I was using about 3600 and eating about 1700 to start. Can't continue forever like that, but won't need to when I get there! I am going to do December with this method and then convert to KingKeld's Indulgence program in January to switch things up.
