Woke up early and couldn't get back to sleep so I did 20 minutes of HIIT spinning. Got good heart rate action -- up to 183 bpm. Weighed 234.1 after, down .2 from yesterday. UPDATE: Got to 233.0 after 5 pm. UPDATE 2: Did a totally garbage dinner tonight -- Quest Bar, Pork Rinds, and whiskey. Yikes. Mathematically speaking, the macros are good. But what will the morning weigh-in bring?
