I ate a lot of steak yesterday, some steamed vegetables, some beef and broccoli, and six pieces of bacon (hey, we are getting the refrigerator worked on today). I guess sodium? Starting with protein coffee. UPDATE: Got to 233.5 by 4 pm. Tuna salad, and garlic salad with a piece of pita bread for dinner.
