Down to 213.8 after a 633 calorie day with 354 calorie workout. Will duplicate today. Will eat a bit more on the weekend. Protein bars are in my briefcase for emergencies.

Doing good! I smiled at your comments on my journal, hope you got your deadline met and have an easier day of it. I always have some kind of protein bar or nuts on hand for 'emergencies' :)

Hi Isabel. Just got out of that meeting and looks like we have the presentation where we want it. Now have meetings from noon to 2 and then 2 to 4! Yikes... Just downed an apple to get me halfway there and will do a yogurt at 2. Then another apple at 4 before my workout. Keeping my fingers crossed for a new low tonight. 212.9 would do it!

How you can work out after a couple of apples and a yogurt - be careful. Glad the meeting went well, and hope the others go quick. You will likely sleep like the dead tonight :)

That's my plan! I'll be draggin' by the time I get home. Will do a nice protein shake or something to keep me going.
