Morning weigh in of 216.0 shows residual effects of Saturday night's party. Moving in the right direction though. Will do 600-700 calories today and get lower by tonight or tomorrow morning.

Glad you can put off the extraction at least until between the two big occasions. Hope even until January as he said :)

Oh well that's a great motivator isn't it? I'm starting some dental work now before I change to part time benefits in April. It's such a pain to have to think this far ahead :) But thank goodness we have insurance at all.
