Draglist's Journal, 18 Nov 13

No loss this morning after a 1200 calorie day yesterday. Will target 600 today and the rest of the week. Intended to finish under 1000 calories yesterday, but I underestimated some K cups I had last night. Turns out they were 80 a piece and I had four! Oh well. Live and learn. Average calories about 1560 per day as of now. Want to get that down to 1300-1400 as I head into Thanksgiving week.

K-cups as in coffee, had 80 calories, wow hope that was some great tasting coffee! Watch that blood sugar and enjoy working from home today. Day is almost over - yahoo - for me anyway, I get out of here around 3:30 most days. 'see' you tomorrow.

It was the Cappuccino. I knew it had to be more than zero, but I was fooling myself by drinking several before checking. Some of the other flavored coffees are just a few calories, if any. But these little dudes are quite different. They will be a RARE treat now. Have a great evening!

Well 80 isn't bad for a cappuccino, all things considered but 4 of them - wow, I would have been bouncing off the walls :)

Yeah, glad they weren't Starbucks or something. I can't have ANYTHING there except for regular coffee. Calorie trap!

Hi. No luck after 700 calories and a 440 calorie workout. Can't hold off forever, so looking for a drop tonight.
