Take raw lean ground beef mix it with generous amounts of each: chopped green onions, garlic powder, soy sauce and a bit of salt and pepper. Heat up olive oil in a pan with kimchi (I make homemade with brussel sprouts) or use a bit of red pepper powder or equivalent of red pepper flakes, and garlic and more green onions. Then stir fry the little bits of ground beef and breaking it into bits as you cook. Then add broccoli and cauliflower, cover with lid until juices come out about 5mins. Boil a lot of water in a kettle. Take rice noodles soak in boiling water for 3 mins. Drain the water. Now put the noodles into the stir fried beef, and add boiling water enough to create the soup, boil for 2 mins more. Stir, taste the soup and adjust the flavour by adding more spice, garlic powder, soy sauce or salt or pepper. Serve immediately. Can put more kimchi if you like for raw probiotics or any other veggies.
