Yay! Ate 1500 calories yesterday after going out for dinner after a fast day. But still lost .2 lbs to hit 217.8. Have a Halloween Party tonight that will add a few more calories, but back to 600-700 per calories per day tomorrow. Will eat out on 10/30, and then finish the month. Down to the 1700 per day average calorie range and aiming for something in the mid 1600s. That will give me about an 1100 per day calorie deficit for the month. Have a great weekend!
