Down to 218.8 after juicing dinner and a wake up. Will add a bit of protein with a sausage and egg muffin this morning and then a salad at lunch and more juicing for dinner. Have average calories down to the 1800 plus zone. Going to keep going until the end of the month with fasting plus additional calorie days on 10/26 (Halloween Party) and 10/30, when we are going to the Kennedy Center and will have a nice dinner there.
98.9 kg Lost so far: 48.5 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Losing 3.2 kg a Week


You know, I could go off you, if I didn't like you so much. You are doing amazing. And it's paying off. I don't know if I could do it. But it's working and therefore absolutely worth it. Now if you could just stop partying and enjoying life, it would be much easier wouldn't it, but not nearly as much fun :) xx

LOL. My weight loss on tiny you would be amazing indeed but a drop in the bucket for me. Thanks to Rob for some backup on eating low calories. I will try to do it for this week to see if I can keep it up. I really plan to cool it on the wild swings. Last weekend was too much and as a result, I'm having to lose it all very quickly to try to stay within my monthly calorie goals. Eating at 9am, 2pm, and 7pm, and it's working out great. Not getting too hungry. Thanks for your going off on me in a nice way every day! bp
