Absolute destruction on the scale today after a long weekend at the beach. Ate at least 1000 over my calorie goal every day and nearly tripled it one day. The result: gained 14 lbs. over four days to hit 227.0. Really amazing how efficient our bodies are at packing on the fat when they get a chance to gorge. At any other time, I would attribute this to decreased regularity, but I was going like clockwork every day (several times). And I took advantage of the location and extra time to double my exercise every day with one hour brisk walks. But in the end, the additional food had to have somewhere to go. So back home and will get back on my 600/1200 calorie alternating days until the end of the month to get back on track.
102.3 kg Lost so far: 45.1 kg.    Still to go: 9.3 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Holy Crap Bat Man - 14 lb - I would be floored! But I know you now and your body and I am certain that most of that will drop off real quick, as soon as you get back into your regular pattern/rhythm. Are you back to work yet? Glad you had an awesome week-end. I love living by the water/beach like that.
