Very nice. Another new low at 213.2 after a 690 calorie day with a workout and juicing! Had salmon, a large salad with vinegar, and a small handful of almonds for dinner. Will eat a few more calories today with a target of 1000 to 1200, then will fast again tomorrow. Down to 1800 something per day average so incrementally getting to my 1500 target.
96.7 kg Lost so far: 50.8 kg.    Still to go: 3.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Good job. You are definitely on a roll. A bit low in the calorie department but you are making up for a bonanza August/September :) I expect you to be 212.??? tomorrow or 213 even.
