A night out with my buddy Dennis treating me and my wife Denise to Outback Steak House on Tuesday was followed by a return home to visit and play some Scrabble. Of course, once the 'eating' trigger is turned on with the extra carbs (and a few drinks), then it continues. I ended up at 3226 for the day. But then I did a 600 cal day yesterday. Will do about 1200 or so today and then 600 again tomorrow. Will alternate until I get to my 1500 calorie per day average. | In other news, I watched two great movies that have me convinced that I should add vegetable juicing to my regimen. I will be investigating that as a periodic cleanse and jump start.

Thanks for the welcome. So, you enjoyed yourself (again) :) I've been there, done that, too many times to count. So we pick ourselves up and regroup. We will get there, just maybe not as fast as we think we need to/want to. And in the end it's the journey that counts, not the destination, right? Chat tomorrow.
