Happy to say, that I am back to doing all of these. No lower back issues. The leg press is great, I just never feel it in the glutes like I do with deep squats.

I'm still being cautious and I make the pic depth look really high. If you're going that far down or farther that is really impressive! I did 285 today for 8 on my last set. I go down really slow and then try to explode up. I do like putting it low on the upper back kind of like what is pictured.

I do them all depending on day but I only do incline bench. And pull ups I will never be able to do not assisted unless I weigh 100 pounds. :) Yay for me. 💪🏻❤

Chris, have you ever tried dead’s on Smith machine? I start with the bar at mid thigh level but then go full ROM (below knee). It’s easier on my back but I still get the full stretch and I think it’s a good compromise between rack pulls and standard dead’s.

nice diablo! and if you have a limited amount of time - those listed are all you need to build strength and get diablo big! i'd throw in hang clean press as a great overall one as well. just got back to that move yesterday and happy i did.

I never count the weight of the bar on the smith, even though I think it’s 20lbs. It doesn’t matter to me because I’m tracking my lifts from week to week and I figure as long as I use the same equipment and same math it’s the delta in growth I’m looking for anyway. 💪💪

I hit the leg press to really punish my quads 🥴. Squats, deadlift, rack pulls, and finish with some good presses!

I’ve been trying to decide if it’ll be easier to lose 20 lbs or get 20 lbs stronger to do pull-ups 🤣
