Finally broke through for a new low at 218.9 after a low cal day with lots of exercise. Still some regularity issues so if all goes well, will drop a bit more by evening weigh in.
99.0 kg Lost so far: 48.4 kg.    Still to go: 6.0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Yep, that's what I heard, the way we low carbers lose weight is to restrict the carbs so the body will use the fat for energy rather than the carbs we consume. But carbs taste soooooo good, at least the ones wrapped in flour and sugar :)
