Went to a fun party tonight with lots of fun party eating and drinking. Went to the party with only 462 calories on the day, but more than made up for that when I was there and ended the day at about 3200. Let's see how much I have to pay for that fun tomorrow. Got two days full of lots of fresh air and walking around to work it off.

Morning, got here before you obviously, anxiously awaiting a check in. Like you said, maybe not good news but it will be good to 'see' you anyway :)

Hi Isabel. Not great. And it's not bloating I don't think. Will lose it this week for sure but need to see if this absolute 1500 calorie minimum is going t work for me. Will give it a bit more time.
