Thanks. I'm spoiled! I had better show a loss today because I ate 700 cals so far and just did a 400 calorie workout. But... I think much of my problem needs to be solved in another room in the house... ;)

Nope. Not another ounce. OK, that's it! Having a dark beer and olive oil on my green beans! We will get this party started one way or another!
