Up a bit to 221.5 even after fast day one. Will do another 600-800 calorie day today plus a workout. Feeling a bit bloated.

Morning hun. Sorry no weight loss. I'm right there with you. I'm not bloated but my body isn't performing to specs, if you get my drift :). It's all good, right? Tomorrow is another chance to obsess on that damn scale. I have 2 side by side - one analog, one digital. Do you think I need help, or an intervention :) LOL

Thanks for your comments/support on my journal Bill. Yes, I too think I need to up the calories for a bit, which I intend to do today. Just waiting for some hunger to kick in :) I am going to Buffalo next week-end with hubby so will definitely upping calories that week-end. It's all good, it will all work out, I just get pissed off and I get too wordy!!! Anyway, appreciate the support. And yes maintenance, wouldn't that be freakin' awesome!
