Morning weigh-in at 229.9 and starting weight for return to dieting after taking August off for vacation. Will do a fasting day today. Will target 1500 calories per day (on average) for the remainder of the year.
102.5 kg Lost so far: 44.9 kg.    Still to go: 9.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Good plan Bill, onwards and downwards (and I did record the weigh in, 190 lb, you bed I did - lol) The way I feel, you would think it was 180 but somehow it seems much more likely now that I am 190. Imagine telling a man what I weigh, I never thought I'd see the day :)
