Surprised with a great weigh-in at 226.5 this morning despite vacation eating. Did eat modestly yesterday (1100 calories) but before that, have been indulging. Good news.
102.3 kg Lost so far: 45.1 kg.    Still to go: 9.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hey, that's great! Talk about having your cake and eating it too, literally - lol. Enjoy your last few days of vacay. I am sure Denise will be pleased to see you. I too had another nice wee drop in weight but not recording it in case it doesn't stick. 191.6 today yahoo. I'm getting there but having to severely restrict calories to do it. Not sure if it's smart or not but it's the only way the weight seems to drop off. Anyway, don't strain something today moving your sister. And do enjoy the last few days off. Back to reality on Tuesday is gonna suck big time :(
