Fasted all day yesterday and then went out for a a fabulous dinner and drinks at the Battery Park Winery on Lake Erie in Cleveland last night. Included an amazing dessert. Went over cals and just for good measure, up .3 lbs. this morning, but this last week of vacation is a freebie. Not going to go out of my way to expend extra calories but not going to prevent them at all costs as I usually do. Hope you are treating yourself kindly, too!
