One more lb. overnight. Halfway back to my former low. Also, reset my RDI from 1400 to 1500, based on recent reading I've done. I did 1357 in July, which lost me 10 lbs. but it will be unsustainable for me to eat exactly half of what I burn doing forward. I think 1500 per day on average will get me to 177-185 by December 31, 2013. Let's see how we do!
100.7 kg Lost so far: 46.8 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Well Bill the jury is still out on a final number. I would LOVE to see 175 lb but at my advanced age of 57 and my sedentary job and my o/a knees, I am not sure I can make it. Stats say I should be 150 lb for my high but I pee myself laughing when I think of that - 150 lb ha ha. So if I see 175 I will be doing the happy dance despite sore knees. I feel great now though, and my clothes fit fab. But it would be nice to say I weighed less than 190 - I am a woman, I am vane/vain (???) :) but thanks for the compliment :)

Bill, re RDI - I know FS is generous. I am talking to KingKeld, I think you likely know him from on here, and we have set my calories for the day at approximately 1,200. Him and I did a lot of calculations taking into account my start weight, my activity level, my age, height, BMI, etc to come up with that number. So 1,200 calories a day gives me about 400 calorie deficit a day. About a 1 lb a week. It isn't working out to quite a pound a week, more like every 2 weeks so that's okay. And I intermittently do low cal/IF days, like you do, though perhaps not as low as you. I get down around 700 for the day. Doing that twice a week seems to boost the losses. So that's my story. Posting it here so you would see my answer to your comments on my journal. What do you think, do you agree that this could/should work? This should give me about 3 lb a month loss. Not as much as you men get (grrr) but it's not bad for a women. We have a real hard time losing, unless we go really, really low and then that buggers our metabolism. So this way I get to eat good days, do light days, and have the odd indulgence day when I eat about 2,500 calories. Keld says to do that once a week. For me that's too much, I think, so I am trying to limit to to twice a month but life gets in the way sometimes - as you well know. Comments please - sorry if this is too long and too much info !

Thanks Bill, yep I think I should be losing faster too but it is what it is. I am being fairly accurate with my logging even the alcohol :) - I think I should be due a drop again by Monday. Appreciate you checking the numbers. That guy Keld has done a fabulous job, you too. And I must say I lost 50 the first 6 months when I did 'true' Atkins but I couldn't live that way forever so now its a combo - LC, IF and CICO - who knew my life would come to a set of acronyms :) How's your Friday going so far? Are you at home today? At the office?
