Ok, then. Had a nice 1135 calorie day and a 347 workout on Sunday and I'm starting the week at a new low of 221.1. One more 1000ish calorie day and two 600 calorie days to end the month at around 1360 calories. I'm trying to eat half of what my body burns and it's getting harder as I continue to lose! I'm using about 2700 calories per day if I add in 300-350 calories in a workout. Otherwise, I'm only using 2400 calories and I would have to limit myself to 1200 calories. It's pretty agressive, but I'll adjust the calories upwards if I need to.
