Had a super fun day at the ball park followed by a happy hour afterwards. Drank six beers, which accounted for 950 of my daily calories. Let's see what effect that had at the morning weigh in!

That's not bad at all. I had thought that being beer and carb-y it might impact you but lucky bugger it did not. Enjoy the rest of your day. When does wifey get back? Do you have a bachelor week-end ahead?

Guess it's a good job you have the dog to keep you in check :) Sounds like a plan, to take pics at the track. And it's not too far away so you can get home to let the pooch out and take him/her walkies. Also good for the waistline. We have a cat who doesn't do walkies - lol. I have nothing to do at work today, well I got some charts to pull, that's it. Going to be a long day. Thinking of taking a walk shortly back to Starbucks for another coffee. It's sunny here I could so much at home but don't want to waste all my vacay days.
